Collaborative robotics – producer of palletizing, CNC machine tending and welding stations

The beboq robotics company from Silesia has been operating since 2019. We are manufacturers, integrators and distributors of collaborative robots. Our offer for manufacturing companies includes collaborative palletising stations, welding cells and CNC machine tending stations. As the only distributor of Kassow Robots from the Bosh Rexroth Group in Poland, we offer cobots together with technical support for integrators. Out of a passion for technology and problem solving, we design proprietary beboq robotics solutions. Some of our research and development activities are supported by NCBiR (National Center for research and Development).

HEXA – palletizing stations

The HEXA series palletisers are a proprietary solution from beboq robotics, built on Kassow Robots and Fanuc collaborative robots. Ideal for the FMCG industry. Designed for flap, automatic and display packaging (no top-grabbing capability). Compact – occupying from 1 m2, easy to transport and set up. Operating at up to 6 cycles per minute, they are ideal for end-of-line applications previously handled by an employee. Payback time (ROI) can be as short as 10 months.

SVAR – welding cell

SVAR welding cells are complete welding workstations using a collaborative robot. They are based on the seven-axis Kassow Robots cobot in the design and manufacture of beboq robotics. Our targets can be adapted to any welding machine manufacturer. They are easy to program and can be operated by a person without welding qualifications. They meet all safety requirements. Short payback time.

PDCP – machine tending stations

PDCP – collaborative machine tending stations are complete workstations for operating machines such as CNC milling and latches; presses and many others. Solutions of Beboq Robotics are based on Fanuc collaborative robots. Our machine workstations and machine loaders can be adapted to any machine manufacturer. They are easy to program. They meet all safety requirements. Short payback time.

KASSOW ROBOTS – 7 axis collaborative robots

Danish cobots Kassow Robots from the Bosch Rexroth Group will help you efficiently automate routine and repetitive tasks. They are perfect for processes such as packaging and palletizing, gluing and welding, machine operation, quality control and surface processing. With seven axes, the robot can operate even in narrow spaces, saving space on the production floor. Kassow Robots’ 7 degrees of freedom will also work great in welding and gluing, and wherever the tools used need to work in a specific orientation.

Take advantage od 7 axis and eliminate singularities which obstruct your work with other robot brands.

Contact with us!

Let’s talk! If you’re interested in a stand-alone robotic station that, without costly integrations and interference with the fabric of the plant, and without the need to acquire special competencies, will bring cost savings and process improvements from day one – call, or email us.

We are familiar with the FMCG industry- including food, snack and beverage manufacturing; the metalworking industry and general industry challenges. We provide complex solutions, i.e. designed, built, implemented, with training and full after-sales care, based on Kassow Robots and Fanuc cobots. Thus ideally suited as the first robotization of a plant.

The solutions offered are in line with the concept of picking low-hanging fruits, and future-proof by being part of Industry 4.0.

  • What is the FMCG sector in Poland?
The FMCG industry in Poland has grown tremendously in recent years. Statistics show that from March 2020 to March 2021, the market grew by more than 4 percent, which is a very good result for such a short period. According to major auditing firms, the value of the entire FMCG industry in Poland is now… Read more: What is the FMCG sector in Poland?
  • History of automation – the automation itself
The development of automation has reduced the need for human intervention in production processes. It has reduced his role to planning activities, supervising equipment or capturing results in reports. It has thus streamlined the delivery of goods and services and reduced the number of errors caused by the human factor. It ranges from a simple… Read more: History of automation – the automation itself
  • Interesting uses of robots outside factories
Industrial robots are proving their worth in hazardous human jobs. They perform repetitive tasks faster and more precisely, easing the burden on workers. They are equipped with vision systems and artificial intelligence. Although they are usually associated with factories and high-volume production, their potential is increasingly being seen in non-traditional applications.
  • What are Degrees of Freedom?
What are degrees of freedom? They are independent position variables necessary to describe the state of a physical system. They serve to uniquely define it in space. In mechanics, they depend on the nature of the imposed constraints (any type of constraint affecting the motion of a body) and the number of parts that make… Read more: What are Degrees of Freedom?
